These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coffee Dog Company mobile application (“App”), operated by Coffee Dog Company Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”). By registering an account and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account registration
To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
3. App content and purpose
The App provides users with information about dog-friendly cafés and related venues. While we aim to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability or suitability of any listings or content within the App. Users are encouraged to verify details with individual venues before visiting.
4. User contributions
You may be permitted to contribute content such as reviews or photos. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce your content within the App and in related promotional materials. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content within the App (excluding user submissions) including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Coffee Dog Company Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Modifications to the App and Terms
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Where appropriate, we will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
